The site, located on a prominent shopping strip in the inner
western Sydney suburb of Marrickville, was acquired as an
existing Land & Environment Court approved project. Substantial
architectural upgrades were undertaken to realise our shared vision
of design excellence.
The result is a high quality residential complex with over-sized
