industrial façade, Belmont House is a truly

Meticulously constructed behind an iconic former
warehouse façade from the 1950’s, Belmont fuses the
site’s rich industrial heritage with contemporary design
to create an urban sanctuary with a heritage soul.

The site was acquired with a pre-existing DA, and a key
priority for both BMA and our client was to enhance
the development outcomes for the sophisticated target
market with the highest levels of functionality and
finishes. This included rationalising the façade materials
palette to achieve a more cohesive design.
