WS2 is a boutique, low-carbon 12 storey office building located at Perth's prime CBD address.
As an infill on an existing multi-storey carpark podium, the building has been designed as a lightweight steel-timber hybrid.
A new ETFE canopy guides visitors from St Georges Terrace via Westralia Square to the building's lobby. The surrounding public domain has been upgraded with Bluestone paving, seating and landscaping. 

Internally, the lobby features a contrast in materials to the glass and metal external shell with a timber coffer ceiling and a stone-clad core
